Bio

I've always been a researcher at heart, but in 2015 I started working at a library and learned I had a knack for diving into reference questions with abandon until the question was answered. In 2020, I put my skills to task by researching my old house and learned I truly love to find out all the fascinating historical details about other old houses.

Communities are filled with rich histories, inviting Victorian porches, and glimmering stained glass windows. As these are torn down and replaced by boring, gray buildings, we lose our connection to the craftsmanship that built the original homes. Fostering this appreciation for the beautiful old buildings and the lives that built them means taking time to research multiple archives. It requires specialist knowledge and community connections to know how to ask the right questions to get the answers that build the appreciation for those that built our old houses.

Let me take you on a journey to find out more about your old home so you can properly meet it!
